Breakfast Club – London

Filed under: London — globie @ 12:57 pm

What a great place for a post practice breakfast. They serve everything from Porridge and toast to what they term “The Full Monty”, a massive fry up that I watched one hungry ashtangi girl demolish.

She took me in and made me breakfast

Hello world!

Filed under: Uncategorized — globie @ 3:28 pm

I have been thinking about doing this for a while, every time I travel to do yoga I end up hanging out after practice in cafe’s frequented by the ashtanga community, so I figured that it would be good to start to list them in one place so that if a yoga student travels he or she knows where to get a post practice coffee, mint tea or a croissant.

I am going to add them in categories by city, so that as we add more they will be easy to search for.
