Breakfast Club – London

Filed under: London — globie @ 12:57 pm

What a great place for a post practice breakfast. They serve everything from Porridge and toast to what they term “The Full Monty”, a massive fry up that I watched one hungry ashtangi girl demolish.

She took me in and made me breakfast

So lets begin with one of the Cafe’s frequented by students from my own Shala Yoga Place located in Bethnal Green in London’s east end . This quirky place that at first glance looks like a garden centre, is part Antique shop and part Cafe, tables inside and out, serves great Coffee, tea and pastries to satisfy the hunger pangs of any ashtangi.

Hello world!

Filed under: Uncategorized — globie @ 3:28 pm

I have been thinking about doing this for a while, every time I travel to do yoga I end up hanging out after practice in cafe’s frequented by the ashtanga community, so I figured that it would be good to start to list them in one place so that if a yoga student travels he or she knows where to get a post practice coffee, mint tea or a croissant.

I am going to add them in categories by city, so that as we add more they will be easy to search for.
